This policy explains how Hauser Industries handles information through this website, which presents a selection of its shade products, and its quote request forms.
Information we collect and why
When you request an estimate or submit a custom inquiry, the form asks for your name, work email, organization, project location and project details. The custom form also lets you provide a phone number, dimensions and timing. We use these details to review your project, prepare an estimate and contact you about your quote request using the contact details you provide. If you provide a phone number, we may call you about your project. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in project descriptions.
The current local preview keeps form drafts in your browser tab and does not send quote requests or create marketing subscriptions. The submission and consent records described below apply when a live submission service is connected.
Quote follow-up and marketing emails
Both the standard estimate and custom inquiry forms require you to select the consent checkbox before submitting. By selecting it and submitting a live inquiry, you agree to be contacted by Hauser Industries about your quote request and to receive marketing emails about shade products, project inspiration, news and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time.
When a live inquiry is submitted, we record your consent choice, the wording and version shown, submission time and source page with your inquiry. Marketing consent covers email; it does not authorize marketing text messages or marketing calls.
Browser storage and website activity
This website uses session storage in your browser tab to remember shade choices, unfinished form entries and campaign parameters in referral links. Contact details and free-text project descriptions are excluded from analytics events. This website loads Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. The analytics or advertising services that run depend on the tags configured in that container. Browser session data generally lasts until the tab or browser session ends; browser restore features may keep it longer. You can clear it through your browser settings. Navigation still works when storage is unavailable.
Our hosting or submission providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information when operating and securing the service.
How information is shared
Information is used by Hauser Industries personnel handling your inquiry and by service providers needed to host the site, process inquiries or deliver communications. Providers may process information outside your province, state or country, where local laws may apply. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent information submitted through these quote forms or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed for the project, related business records and applicable legal requirements. Consent and withdrawal records may be retained to document communication preferences and compliance. We use reasonable safeguards; no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or ask about our practices. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you can ask us to explain the reason. You may also raise concerns with the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.
