These terms describe use of this website, operated by Hauser Industries to present a selection of its shade products, and the preliminary quote request process.
Website information
Product descriptions, images, finishes, dimensions and examples are provided for general planning. Screen colours and illustrative imagery may differ from actual products. Availability and specifications should be confirmed with our team before making a purchasing or construction decision.
Quote requests and estimates
Submitting a form is a request for information or a preliminary estimate. It does not place an order, reserve inventory, create a purchase contract or guarantee project feasibility, pricing or delivery. Any preliminary estimate is subject to confirmation of the design, site conditions, specifications and scope. A purchase or installation is governed by the separate written quotation, order acceptance and applicable agreement supplied for that project.
Site planning and installation
Website content is not engineering, structural or permitting advice. Foundations, anchoring, loads, utilities, permits and local code requirements depend on the project site. Confirm these matters with appropriately qualified professionals and the project team before installation.
Your submissions
Provide accurate contact and project information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful material, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party documents through these forms. You permit Hauser Industries to use your submission to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Quote follow-up and marketing emails
Both the standard estimate and custom inquiry forms require the consent checkbox before submission. By selecting it and submitting a live inquiry, you agree to be contacted by Hauser Industries about your quote request and to receive marketing emails about shade products, project inspiration, news and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Quote follow-up uses the contact details you provide, including your phone number if supplied. Marketing consent covers email; it does not authorize marketing text messages or marketing calls. Local preview submissions do not send an inquiry or create a marketing subscription.
Acceptable use and website materials
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit spam or harmful code. Website text, branding and imagery belong to Hauser Industries or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for legitimate project evaluation; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder.
Availability and your legal rights
We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. Contact us to verify details you intend to rely on. These website terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or replace warranties or commitments in a signed project agreement.
